RTFP Training Liability Waiver

I hereby sign this Liability Release/Promise not to Sue (“Release”) in order for RTFP Tactical Film Training Co. (the “Company”) to permit my enrollment and attendance at their tactical training course (the “Course”).

I understand that this document is a release of liability and my legal promise not to sue the Company for injuries, damages, or death resulting from the Course. I understand that by signing this Release, I am giving up substantial rights to sue the Company, its owners, leaders, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, instructors, sponsors, and volunteers (collectively, the
“Released Parties”) for negligence. I understand and have considered the dangers inherent in activities involving tactical training and/or firearms. I understand and acknowledge that firearms and tactical drills taught in the Course are dangerous and that any such training, whether involving firearms, knives, hand-to-hand combat skills, or improvised weapons, can be dangerous. I certify that I have the legal authority to use, possess, or handle any firearms used in the Course, and my use will not violate any federal, state, or local laws. I recognize that minor or serious physical injury, and in some cases even death, may result from my participation in the Course. I understand that precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the participants but that accidents and mistakes can happen. By signing this Release, I knowingly give up my right to sue the Released Parties for their negligence in connection with any such occurrence.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties and all of them from any and all liability claims, demands, injuries, losses, death, causes of action, and possible causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to my participation in the Course, or my use of any knowledge or materials acquired by me at the Course. I affirm that I am in adequate physical health and condition to participate in the Course and have the requisite skills necessary for my participation. I recognize and assume the inherent risks associated with the Course and that my participation might result in physical injury or death.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS MY LEGAL PROMISE NOT TO SUE. I understand this is a legally binding release and indemnity for all claims and lawsuits and that the Company is relying upon this Release in allowing my participation in the Course. I have been offered the opportunity to consult with an attorney regarding this Release, and I recognize that if I have any hesitations over signing it, I can choose not to participate in the Course.
